CapSys Group announces launch of innovative Accelerated Path to Partner program and introduces first cohort

Zurich, Switzerland: CapSys Group, a leading Life Sciences boutique consulting firm, is proud to announce the launch of the Accelerated Path to Partner (AP2P) program, an innovative initiative designed to further boost the unique value we deliver to clients.

For over a decade, the CapSys Group vision has been to deliver top-tier expertise and client service, on par with premium branded strategy firms, but with flexibility, transparency and value for clients that the major strategy firms cannot match. We can do so because we’ve grown a unique ecosystem of senior independent practitioners who federate with each other under the CapSys umbrella. The AP2P program is designed to push the “federated model” a step further by accelerating our ability to identify and develop new partners to support our expanding business.

The benefits for clients are clear and compelling:

  • Enhanced access to a growing number of senior practitioners,
  • Greater continuity across engagements and over the long-term,
  • Positive network effects from a richer, more diverse partner base,
  • More flexibility to scale up support without sacrificing expertise.

Furthermore, we believe the AP2P program positions us out in front of today’s GenAI-driven transformation of Life Sciences. As our clients fully integrate GenAI capabilities into their ways of working, their consulting needs will change. We believe our clients will expect:

  • Small, elite teams rather than massive pyramids,
  • On-demand talent instead of fixed benches,
  • The seniority and expertise required to address truly strategic challenges.

We’re privileged to introduce here our first cohort of AP2P participants. They present a deep and diverse array of skills and expertise, so AP2P has been designed to offer a customized experience while ensuring participants can benefit immediately from opportunities provided by the program. The AP2P program includes:

  • Group and 1-on-1 commercial skills training and coaching built around an Individual Development Plan,
  • Access to the same tools, resources, and remuneration model incentives as equity Partners,
  • Access to opportunities to build one’s own profile and network in the context of contributing to CapSys marketing and business development efforts (e.g. authoring white papers, serving on panel discussions, etc.),
  • Participation in a close-knit CapSys Leadership Team – meetings, decision-making, activities and responsibilities, mutual support

Participation is by invitation only and is the outcome of a careful vetting and selection process. In line with our values, there is no “pay-to-play” element in the program.
